1631 - 1632 jumper sold on eBay, posted in recycled packaging
1633 - 1645 general recycling, including lots of torn up pieces of paper from my kitchen planning
1646 - took the box to the charity shop, but had already counted all the bits in it so only the box counted.

Mainly gardening stuff done, but more making a mess rather than tidying, hubby cut a tree into pieces but I’m not going to say he made MORE clutter. :rotfl: slow day here otherwise, not even put anything in the recycling yet.

Well done to you all, I keep meaning to mention people by name but my slow brain struggles. But remember every little helps.

I binned some unwanted food items that I couldn't possibly donate.

I also went through the dog toy box and took them all out to wash.

I binned 10 chewed up toys and she still has 20 toys left, the little spoiled brat!:rotfl:

I threw away a ripped garden sail.

I am also going to declutter some weeds again today for the garden waste.

I am using up a hand lotion as body lotion and a small bottle of facial oil which should both be gone at the end of this week.:)

370 Another one of those plastic glasses from a festival has hit the recycling
    371 one food item chucked

I suppose decluttering ingredients into a cake doesn't count as 9 ingredients went in and 9 chunks of J Monroe's peach and white chocolate traybake emerged... :rotfl:

Weatherwise Tuesday & Wednesday have been fairly non descriptive - a lot cooler & cloudier but no proper rain :( I have been very lazy on the decluttering front but have now finished knitting baby items. Final tally is : - baby blanket, cardigan, matinee coat & 2 pairs of mittens + the christening gown I knitted 28 years ago. I have also read a paperback The Human Factor by Graham Green - I enjoyed it but it was very dated :) Dinner last night was salad, cold meats & boiled potatoes. Tonight burger, beans & chips for DSis & pesto pasta for DH & I.

2520 - 2535 Nine drinks cans, 2 food cans, 2 lots of cardboard packaging, newspaper, glass jar & metal lid, plastic bottle - Recycled
2536 - 2537 Bag of kitchen detritus, plastic tray - Binned
    2538 Paperback - CS

Well Done :- Luciecat63 - remember any items out are wins in the great game of decluttering :T; Cheapskate - I know decluttering can be stressful but really 3 Empty booze bottles :rotfl::rotfl:; nannywindow - I like it “swoop & scoop”; Deni debt-free dreamer; TamsinC; Happy Kitties; butterfly2507; Wednesday2000; choille; short_bird - ooh traybake sounds delicious 😋- :T:T: :T:T :T:T :T:T :T:T

Hi I am trying to declutter, have done quite a bit but find it difficult to check how much,my OH and DD's a) say that the house is cluttered
    b) most of it is untidy with their things which they seem unable to put away
    c) the things I do declutter are the things that they are looking for the following week
    D) my mum very kindly gives us nice things, some were her own or she buys ,offer s or charity shops.
She remembers them all and will ask where they are!
So can I join- maybe it will motivate and encourage the decluttering input home
