I am also easily side tracked, distracted and flit from job to job usually leaving piles to be dealt with at a later date..erm which doesnt happen because i end up having to go through piles again (not selling myself well am i !!:rotfl:0) I have to user a timer and or number goals and get it from house immediately even if CS bags/boxes are just to car.
Don't worry, I'm exactly the same, ohhh for a magic wand to sort it all :o:o

    Welcome Tamsin and picklepot :)

I managed to re-clutter 3.5lb this week at SW. For various reasons been an odd week hoping this week will be better! Now have 4lb to go to get my 7lb award!

The last few days have been spent in the garden pulling up weeds and re defining the lines around the patio and path. Filled the garden waste bin so will have to wait for that to be emptied before mowing the lawn!

    Thanks Picklepot:)

I was near the CS today and had that bag of stuff so popped it in. Got given two bags of toys for the CS but once gone through will be going right out again. These bags I don't count.

    So 51/100 bags this year.:j

I am back sorting at teh CS on Sunday. Not been there for a month and was glad of the break. The toys plus another bag should be going with me.

DH popped out to fill the motorbike with fuel, whilst I was drinking my mug of tea. We left @ 10:18 a.m. - overcast but dry & reasonably warm :T Almost totally motorway driving. Stopped 12:15 at an OK Diner in Tickencote, Rutland. Waitress service, decor American 50’s & 60’s advertising of cars etc & 50’s & 60’s music. Both had an All Day Breakfast & there was a free refill on the coffee. 45 minutes later having refuelled the bike as well :rotfl: we were back on the road. About 2:45 p.m. we stopped for coffee & cake & to stretch our legs. As soon as we entered Scotland it started raining :( & the temperature dropped about 10 degrees :(. We arrived in Lockerbie about 6:15 p.m.. The pub hotel was rather unprepossessing from the outside BUT our room is lovely - Large & well decorated (added bonus we can see our bike from the window :T ) + the bathroom is large with a large walk in shower. We both had a lovely warm shower & the hotel gained even more brownie points - HUGE towels & the softest dressing gowns ever :rotfl: I was in seventh heaven & did not want to get dressed for dinner :rotfl: Dinner was absolutely delicious 🤤 DH & I shared a starter - king prawns in garlic & ginger sauce with hm bread which was still warm  DH had a burger, chips & hm coleslaw & I had the beef stew with a puff pastry lid, mixed vegetables & champ. Carrots that tasted how I remember :rotfl:, beef so tender that it melted in the mouth. We both tried very hard to eat everything but we were both defeated :p I blame the beer - we each had 2 pints :o. Was accosted by a lady called Susie who saw me doing my ‘steps’ & came out of her house & crossed the road to talk to me :D Apparently I was gone 20 minutes according to my DH  Standing in the rain chatting to Susie :rotfl: She was interesting though :rotfl: DH in bed by 10 p.m. & I am in the softest dressing gown ever, lying on the bed & posting :D

Well Done Picklepot :T Paperwork is a bit of a bug bear for most of us ;) no matter how much we get rid of, more appears - from parallel universes I think :rotfl:

    I second Siebrie’s praise :T excellent work parsniphead :T

Well Done - never too old; savvy; TamsinC; chocolatelover93; Barny1979; villagelife; bit by bit; short_bird & Picklepot - :T Keep up the good work everyone :T
