  • Nipped out this morning while sun was out and washed plantpots out. Empties old dirt out of some first into bag to reuse later, put some in rubbish then brought a couple of plants indoors (ones I had bought but as it is cold thought best to bring in to house) found out a couple of wire bath/shower rackes, never used, and think they may be repurposed as plant pot holders once I put them on wall. Quite pleased I have now got electric drill so I can use it. Also found out some plastic baskets which I emptied out and think I can reuse to put little growing pots with seedlings in so they are all in one place prior to repotting - think they would be better brought in as frost forcasted. Am making plant labels out od old milk bottles so basically, have gone into outdoor mode but had to watch Line of Duty first ready for Sunday.

    Hello fellow declutters.

Today I have decluttered the washing basket as the sun is shining ( but it's very windy ) . It's now all dried and put away :j except now I have recluttered the ironing basket :( ...... tut, tut !

This afternoon I decided to fill the green waste bins up again.... where does all this green stuff come from ?
I have also released some strawberry split lollies from their box, the box has been put into the cardboard recycling and I disposed of the last 2 lollies, one into my tummy and then I felt it only fair to give one to DH too, as he's sorting out his shed...... again ! I've also given him a heavy duty bin bag to fill ;).

I hope everyone is well and that MrsSD doesn't get blown off the bike .
    Enjoy the BH weekend everyone.

    Hello everyone :)

Just been focusing on decluttering the freezer and cupboards at the moment so I don't have a load of random bits in there lol. Still need to list them bits on FB they have become a random pile in the bedroom! I've taken pics of them gonna dye my hair tonight and list them while it is developing!

Am considering going to a car boot tomorrow with DS if weather is nice, that will be a real test for me. I will have my don't by carp head on! There are a couple of bits I would like (garden chair, garden bits and something for my dad's birthday present) so if I can get them I will be happy if not at least we went out for a bit haha.

DS decided to declutter half a box of coco pops onto the floor this morning. He was trying to be helpful and get them out the cupboard to put them on the side but they ended up all over the floor. His little face was a picture though bless him haha.

    C xx

Thanks for all the kind comments. I was done and dusted and back home the same day. I didn't get the answer I wanted but have been researching other avenues to recovery.

Aliz 95. That person taking up carpets to clean underneath.:eek::eek: It would be funny if it wasn't so sad really.

After the success of clearing and cleaning the spare bedroom recently today in going to focus on the front room once and for all. It's got to be done.

Re the vacuuming I have a big old Henry which is good but a nightmare to drag around. I keep looking at various cordless stick vacuums but the are so expensive and would be a costly mistake if the are no good. Does anyone have have one? Are they worth the money. I love the thought of lightweight and not being tethered to the wall. I may even start to enjoy vacuuming.

Anyway time for breakfast and a bit of therapeutic throwing and recycling.

    Have a fab day. X
