Any idea to repurpose the lidless jars, or just recycle and be gone?
Attic has been somewhat tidied up here today, can't do much else till the tree etc comes down on Sunday night.
Another black bag filled today from attic, kitchen and spare room.
Recycling box is now full up so can't do much more till Friday when it gets emptied lol.
Lots of paperwork cut or tore up and disposed of, and a pile of items to list on eBay or Facebook.
Shall phone the BHF tomorrow to see about them collecting the almost 10 blag bags of stuff here, just need to do some research to see if I can donate an old t.v and printer anywhere as theyre still good as new and dont want to just dump them.Pay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%0 -

Happy New Year All
I have not really started yet but I have decluttered the last cup cake. I have also put out the bins / recycling which contained the detritus from Xmas....... the cardboard and also the wrapping paper ( which is no longer recyclable apparently ,) instead of folding most of the latter and keeping it for my crafting / scrapbooking ).
I shall get a black bag tomorrow and put it upstairs, then I will have no excuse but to put in items as and when. Then once the bag is full I will sort into "bin or cs ".Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, but this time more intelligently0 -
The Netflix series is fab. I must admit to having watched the whole thing today.."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0

And that right there is why I have sooo much clutter - I think of a million other uses and do nothing. So, thank you for putting me straight - into the recycling they go xxApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

Evening All
Chipping away:
1 snow globe Christmas bauble, water inside had discoloured - bin
6 old nail varnishes (DD's contribution, I don't own any) - bin
2 selection boxes (also from DD, she's had enough sweets she says) - off to work with me tomorrow to be left in the communal kitchen
DD and DS used up 2 hot chocolate and marshmallow kits they had as stocking fillers, although we still have the Christmassy mugs
2 x Christmas DVDs - off to work with me to go in the charity bin
1 x colour changing Minion - off to work with me, either charity bin or might have him on my desk for a while as he's quite cheery.
