@WinterWarrior that's amazing, however you got there. I've highlighted you in yellow to show you've reached your goal.
    Keep on keeping on.

Hey @ditty1234 - don't be too hard on yourself - you've posted that you are doing badly at adding to the pot but you've not posted that you've used any of it so you need to reduce your figure  ;) that's a positive too   B)
This challenge is not a race, but more of a scenic stroll so add when you can, if you can't don't be too hard on yourself and if you need to use some of it for an emergency - that's exactly what it's there for.
    keep on keeping on

#39 reporting with £568.71 in emergency fund. I had to hammer this in April to help pay for some private medical treatment - I was quoted the wrong amount to start with but the treatment was desperately needed so I chose to use my emergency fund for the remaining amount. I took it down almost to zero but have managed to replenish it a little bit since.

    £50 to add please Dobbibill.

Can I increase my goal to £5000, please?   This will then give me about 2.5 months of emergency funds.

Many thanks for all you do.

  • Can I join the challenge please? I'm aiming for £7,500 and currently have £5150.
I've switched my focus from building EF to saving for a house deposit, but I want to keep the EF ticking over in the meantime.

    Thank you very much!

Welcome aboard the challenge - you are welcome.

You are member #55 - I've added both you goal and progress to the spreadsheet and you are almost at 70%.

We are a friendly bunch and will be cheering you on from the side-lines. It's definitely not a race and we do what we can, when we can with the comfort that the EF is there should we need it for an emergency.

    Keep on keeping on

    Dobbi ;)
