Hi BlueJ94 - of course you can join
The thread is continual and many members have reached their goal but continue to add either to boost the original goal or to continue the savings habit and add more for a new purpose.

I've added your name & goal to the sheet and you are member #80 - please keep us updated on how you are doing. Share your challenges and progress as we will cheer you on from the sidelines.

    Keep on keeping on

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas (if you celebrate it) and are looking forward to 2024.

Well done to everyone who has continued to add to their goal this year and especially throughout December. I will be doing a total on NYE to see how much we have as a collective.

    Keep on keeping on

Hi can I please re-join, for various reasons I will have to pick at my housing fund in January due to having depleted my emergency fund.
My aim is to top my housing fund back up to £3000 in 2024 and to have a £1000 emergency fund as well.
This is genuinely a stretch, but should not be.
    My emergency fund is £0
My housing fund is £2000, but as mentioned could dip in January.
    Thanks for running this thread.

    You are still member #52

Just to clarify - do you want your goal as £3000, £1000 or £4000?
Happy to update to suit - for the moment I've put it as £1000 but if you want to combine, do let me know.
