I have just had a reply , and they have said I will recieve my refund within 7 Days.

i have had no £25 refund yet. do i have to email cc or this ms l coyne , or simply phone them direct . any help would be greatly appreciated as im not sure who to contact .

Me and my partner have not recieved any refund ,sent e mail to c/s 5 days ago they said they will pass on to relavent dept.
