Very true, plenty of "thanks for getting my £25 back" but I'm not seeing many "sorry for what we did and trouble we caused the site Martin"
I would say a lot of people on this site use discount vouchers/codes that havent been sent to them individually.... are they all in the wrong???? I dont think so.
The issue here was that 2 months down the line Littlewoods decided to re-claim the vouchers back once the contract had been formed.Bit of a Florida Fan :j

Had my £25 refunded but not the £12 charge for "being in arrears" put on account solely because of £25. I have never missed a payment. Have emailed them today.0

Thanks Martin for taking trouble to resolve this,I agree we were a bit naughty to use these codes but I have spent quite alot with them on other things so they probably had lots of profit out of me anyway.bye hoo0

I think that you could save more than £25 by not buying from the rip-off merchants at Littlewoods, and buying what you want elsewhere.0

Thank you very much Martin. It really saves me much time and effort.0

The point at which exploiting a loophole becomes commiting fraud is a grey one.
Well done Martin for intervening when it would have been so much easier for you to sit back and let the Littlewoods customers sort it out for themselves.
I reckon that it cost Littlewoods £75,000, however look at the publicity that they got out of it.0 -
I called customer services today and asked if the refund would be done in this months statement and the lady said that no refunds are made and she had no idea that Littlewoods are refunding the £25 back into the accounts. She asked me to write/email Lesley Coyne
Any suggestions? (I have already emailed Lesley but have had no reply)0
