Thanks Martin. Is there a way that anyone who has benefited from your efforts can directly donate to MSE? (Regardless of whether they feel you have simply made a bully do the right thing or won a reprieve for their naughty/illegal/misguided actions - I for one am simply delighted that you have put an end to the stress that this has caused.)

i have not been refunded. i paid the £25 in the end and my account balance is currently £0 when it should now be £25 in credit if they had refunded.0

Still no refund either to card or the account they opened for me to charge.
Rang customer services, on hold 13 minutes.
Not budging and not giving refund as I wasn't entitled to use the voucher.
What a waste of space of a company.

Just received statements today for myself and OH (despite asking them to close accounts after paying up the 25 quid )
I telephoned them asking them to refund the money back to my card which I had paid it with and they refused point blank.
So it looks as though the 25quid we paid up each is still lost
Any ideas anyone??
