I sent a copy of the Littlewoods statement posted on the 9th November 2007 with my statement to them.
However, I just received another statement:
They have addedd £10 ADMIN CHARGE + INTEREST!
I STILL have not recevied the refund for the discount!0 -
I have just spent 47 minutes in the phone to those idiots at Littlewoods. Spoke to Customer Service, then Accounts, then Customer Service, then Finance! They hung up on me!
I explained the situation, but they are:
1) Refusing to refund me the original £20
2) Refusing to refund the interest
3) Refusing to refund the ADMINISTRATION fee
I continuously stated "I sent the Trading Standards statement to Littlewoods and assumed that I would have received a refund." However, they failed to respond and now charged me MORE money!!

Hello all, 'tis me again,
If you haven't been refunded the £25 and/or 'admin fees' could you please send me a private message with your full name and Littlewoods account number.
I'll pass this information on to Littlewoods for it to be investigated

It is almost 2.5 years on from this Littlewoods debacle.
The other day, I got an alert from my Equifax credit report monitoring service that a CCJ has been entered against me. I had no idea Littlewoods were after any money.
Shortly after using my £25 voucher 2.5 years ago, I moved out of the property.
Months later, LX obviously tried to reclaim their voucher value back but could not get in touch with me.
Unlike all the others on the forum, they seem to have persisted with my case. The £25 voucher has now accrued to a debt worth over £200 (including fees).
Do I fight this? Do I pay this?

Martin (or anyone else from MSE).
Can I get a full copy of this release statement from Littlewoods saying they would not do, exactly what it is they have done to me? Thanks.0 -

Have you tried sending a pm to Natasha with your details (as mentioned a few posts up, even though it's months old)?
Good luck and at least I have bumped the thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, I have
I have sent 3 private messages to members of the MSE team that have at some point in time involved themselves with this Littlewoods issue.
I didn't even know that Littlewoods weren't happy about people using the voucher.
I stumbled across the voucher, thought 'oh, thats fab', used it... and then never really looked at the forum again until the whole issue had passed. This is the first time I have come across these posts.
I am going to have to stump up the £75 fee and at least, for now, get the CCJ set aside. I need my credit file to be clean (this has come at the worst possible timing as I am expecting it to be searched for something unrelated in a few weeks).
I'm hopeful that once I put a defense in (previously the CCJ was awarded by default because I put in no response, obviously, since I wasn't informed) then they'll stop chasing it. The debt was sold to a recovery company, and I doubt they want to get into the legal issue of whether the coupon was valid or not.
What annoys me the most is that Littlewoods made no attempt to contact me about this. They just resold the debt.
I know I moved out of the property the items were DELIVERED to, but my current address is and always has been the invoice address on my credit card used for the transaction.
They have really acted nastily here.
Went to the CAB yesterday and they said that getting it set aside is the best thing to do for now. Can't say im overjoyed about the £75 though. I don't know if I have any recourse to reclaim it, if the recovery agency decides not to chase this. The CAB couldn't tell me that either.
Considering the debt has been sold on, I doubt MSE Natasha can do much... but hopefully I'm wrong.
Look forward to hearing from one of them.
