Littlewoods £25 voucher code problems resolved

My statement came this morning and the £25 has been refunded without me even asking for it. I was going to wait for the next statement and send a letter but balance now showing at nil...very happy!!

ordered once with the voucher but payment did not go through my order was 29 pound so payment did not go through then reordered whem full amount was in bank went through then a month ago i get a letter saying i owe 50 pound i phoned them they said ok your account is now 0.00p u owe us that was fine end of

but........


then today i get a letter saying i have 25 pound credit then i phoned up and enquired the lady i spoke to said yes this is correct so i put phone down looked at what i can order got my order then i was back on the phone and a different lady passed me through to anouther department then the lady tells me that i paid full price for the item as the voucher was not for me but the thing is i did not use the voucher off here my mum actully had a catalog with that voucher on so i used it as she did not want littlewoods

so i tryed to argue the point where they owe me 25 pound they said they dont

what can i do???????????

I keep getting letters from littlewoods asking me for the £25 back + interest.

Is there a standard letter i could send them to get them to stop asking for this money ?

My wife still hasnt had her £25 back. I contacted MSE Andrea but her personal mailbox is now full so I cant mail her directly

Have you used the £25 voucher ? that isnt for you ! If so you will have to pay it back :eek: .If you pay it you might get it refunded Through "a good will gesture":rotfl:

Trading standards and Littlecrooks T&C Back them up on this so i dont think a standard letter is going to work.

I cancelled my account. The odd thing is though that I can't log on at all but I still keep getting loads of mail from them with 'special' offers.

I specifically asked them to never darken my letter box again and remove all traces of me from their system.
