Just logged on to my account ,after i notified littlewoods to close the account and the -£25 has been refunded.:j Question now is do i have to purchase something or can i have the monies transfered to my bank account
I was under the impression that i had closed this account and the refund would be automatically credited to my bank account.

Hi Andrea..as mentioned earlier..I have not had a refund yet...!!0 -
To play it safe I decided to cancel a recent order I placed on my account with Kays using a £25 voucher.
I got a statement today which stated that I was now £32.95 in credit with them eventhough I'd placed the order on my account & hadnt paid for it nor received it yet!
I'll have to phone them up & put them straight.
Can these catalogues not do anything correctly?0 -

No repayment made into my bank account and Littlewoods will not enable me to check my Littlewoods account to see if it is its way.0

I phoned them last night and they told me they were still going through the accounts and it could take a few weeks to refund everybody. She also told me that if we have closed our account that we would have to phone them to get the monies refunded to a card.0
