not to be too grim about it, but i dont worry too much about later life... i mean if we are going on past deaths in family / health... i will not be going too far into a retirement age.. and this is what i heard on radio recently and first time ive heard it tbf.. even though i've always thought it.. but basically
^ if your family has a history of 100 years old's then oh god yes, plan and panic about 30 years+ of living off pensions. - if they only have a.. lets say shorter shelf life, well genetics has saved some savings and panics perhaps!
Yea, my husbands grandparents did 94&90, mum's mum did 89, dad's mum around 88? And dad's dad 100!!! 😁 Wonderful having them about for so long, but possibly some strong genes there! 😂 My dad is 76 and pretty fit and well, still does 5k runs three times a week.

Starbrite, you are doing brilliantly and even £14 a week is better than nothing. Remember that.

Right a back on track post...
Payday, as was ill last week with acute sinusitis , might be when my pension anxiety stemmed from, I only worked the Monday and used a few holiday days, I don't get sick pay. Next week will be tight too.
    Rent - £34.53 arrears £180.00
Have a few direct debts coming out and keeping some in the account in case have a shortfall next week as I only worked 3 days this week

£12.36 went into my pension :)

Have some money 'left over' in the back account, normally i'd send it straight over to the rent arrears. However with the current crazy situation, I think I'll keep it in my account in case its needed in an emergency or something. I can always send it over to the rent at a later date.

    I did however pay:
    Westcott (MBNA cc) £5.00  - balance £2,930.00
    Intrum £1.00 ((Virgin cc) - balance £3,037.00

Could you just send a tenner to the rent arrers?
