and your views CM? there website is failing to load now , however I seem to recall them touting for buisness and stating only one customer , but clearly offering a prosecution service
companies house shows change of name in 2017 , i would not be surprised if this lot was owned / sponsored by indigo

But surely they need to have a bye-laws offence to prosecute. Wouldd a tyre a few inches ove a marking qualify?
Also, they would not get a penny from any fine imposed in a mags court. Would they get their costs back I wonder. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

correct , but "who" get a penny back?
indigo are being paid by TOC to patrol land
Ital are being paid by ??????
of the TOC give authority to ital to prosecute , ital get paid
TOC gets nothing from court , and gets money back via higher parking charges
at the end of the day , a couple of prosecutions would look well on indigos website as a threat
however I still have my thoughts on doing an appeal thru ITAL , as this seems to be a one stop prosecution shop
I say NO to ITAL appeals , just let it run its course (6mths)0 -
No it's only the holder of the bylaws who can prosecute a case in the magistrates court.0

Through the Magistrates Court? First I've heard of the Mags being involved. Any further information please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

when?
vcs do not own land , vcs are paid for traffic management
I would like further details about this , seeing as VCS are trying county court at jla , when they have multiple magistrate candidates0 -
It s quite likely that some/many of the mags have been caught by the scammers, or know people who have, I would expect Mags to be more worldly wise than County Court Judges. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
