Day 1 done - had a very tasty, healthy roasted veg salad with some not so healthy but very yummy blue cheese, just as well I enjoyed it as I have the same again tomorrow .Worrying won't stop bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.0

Day 2 for me and I have a Pot Noodle that has been lurking in my desk drawer since before Christmas.
I'm holiday tomorrow so aiming to be frugal at home then too.
Have a lovely day everyone x0 -

Morning all,
Checking it with my first day back to work, lunch is in the fridge at home ( I go home for lunch, I haven't left it there lol). Made a sandwich last night, still making 'chuna' sandwiches...... Really need to read my Vegan on the Go book and get better inspiration!!
Enough there to do another sandwich for tomorrow as well, which I'll make tonight.
Will try harder for next week to do something a bit different. Might make some wraps, it's been a while since I've had them. Could make some quesadillas for dinner at night with the left over wraps as well0 -
I've got a humus and falafel salad lined up for my lunch - using 3 different dregs of packets of falafel from the freezer.
I don't know how long they've been in the freezer, and I don't know whether they will be edible, or taste ok. But we'll see! If it's too bad, we have free fruit at work so I'll fill up on satsumas haha0 -
