I generally work from home but my husband doesn't so I suppose this take your lunch to work challenge can include me prepping his lunch. We have 19 available days in January and I intend to prep for all of them! Now to get organised...

I suppose the prep has already begun- stockpiled two portions of curried carrot and parsnip soup from Christmas leftovers. Now in the freezer.

  • Hi can I join please?
I've 21 working days in January. Between lunch at work and money for school lunches I'm about £50 a week, so packed lunches it is for both of us! I just need to be more organised!

Hi, I'd like to sign up, I've got 19 days in work in January! I used to be really good at taking my own food, but lately I've slipped into bad habits! I need to rein it in!

  • Could I be added to the challenge please? I always take lunch to work but too often it is processed food I pick up from Tesco. I want to make my own lunches to take to save money and be healthier. I have 20 work days in January so will aim for the full 20!
  • Aiming high for January, can I have 22 please?
    Nothing like being prepared, 😊

I'd like to join in please! I'm terrible at making/bringing lunch with me then getting swayed by the bakery in town!

I'll aim for 20 days - I think I'll be going to London for a couple of days during the month and I get lunch on expenses then so it would be rude not to!

    Can I be added please?
I'll be doing 16 days due to some annual leave and birthday etc!
Usually have meals prepped in the freezer but will share some yummy recipes too!
    Thanks :)
