I'm pleased to confirm my falafel was edible :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • Took a yoghurt and a banana for tea break today and had a corned beef and tomato sandwich for my lunch. Had a coffee at break and water at lunch ( free the work provides it).
I've made chilli tonight for dinner there is enough left for lunch tomorrow and I'll just take a yoghurt and banana again for break.

Day 2/16 complete :). More of the same soup. I remembered my coffee this time and I managed to avoid temptation at the shops so it was also a NSD for me. Trying to decide whether to have the same soup tomorrow or whether to go crazy and have tomato and basil (from the freezer). Hope everyone is having a good week!

  • Day 2 done and dusted, glad it’s Friday tomorrow as I have my roasted veg salad for the third day in a row :-) feeling motivated though as I worked out if I can keep this up I’ll be saving around £600 a year!
Worrying won't stop bad stuff from happening, it just stops you from enjoying the good.
  • Another day done for me taking it to 2 so far.
I had left over cottage pie and veg. I have a day off tomorrow so I’m going to do some lunch prep so I don’t fall off the wagon.
    Make £10 a day in May- £90/£150
  • Day 2 for me today, salad and hummus and a mini pitta to toast, plus fruit
  • Morning,

Everyone is doing really well and I'm loving some of the lunch ideas already, certainly given me something to think about.

My day off has turned into not a day off, so I have upped my target to 22 now.

I had to have a think about lunch today though and managed to get some soup and a roll and a mince pie (I still have a box left) for today.

Have a great day everyone x

Day 3 for me - I have a tin of tomato soup that's been lingering in my cupboard for years, and some crackers!
