    Hi,
I'd Like to join please. Put me down for 20 days please.
I've been a lurker on MSE for while but never really joined in much. I spend a fortune at work on food and coffee so need to reduce that asap!

Where would I get some inspiration from? I have access to mircrowave at work, but my husband doesn't so he would need something you can have cold.
  • 22 days please. Would have been 23 but I have a day annual leave. No coffees or food bought at work!

I've been given 4 boxes of 40 green tea and mint tea bags which someone didn't want, so I'm going to take one of those in and try and stick with it. Need to remember snacks as I can get very hungry if it's a physical day (I work outside) I have a packet of mixed nuts and fruit for this week!

  • K.Mac, could your husband take in a thermos of soup? Homemade with a crusty bread roll is cheap and healthy.

I tend to just take left overs. I find I just shovel food in me so the food doesn't matter, it's the hot drink cravings...
