Must remember to persuade husband to make his glorious stew this weekend.
Not least as I portion up at least 3 of the sistema lidded mugs for the working week, but also as I have bought eldest a large lidded mug for this in the sales & want him to take a loaded mug home with him....

Meal planning for the child who no longer lives at home is a bit daft, but any wheeze that helps him cook real food?!
  • Day 4 and on a roll! Minestrone soup made with all the fridge leftover veg, ended up a delightful surprise specially with the nippy weather!

Took a homemade Jamie Oliver chicken curry and brown rice today. I made a big batch yesterday and have another three ready to go. Also no coffee or breakfast out today, I took an apple instead - another $22 saved

A cheese and pickle sandwich and some fruit.

Okay, it eon't ein any awards for excitement but it will fill a hole. I'm at head office today for an induction day, hopefully I'll get a chance to go to my usual building though to meet everyone and can ask about facilites while there

Glad to see everyone is doing great. Me not so much :o . I can take in lunches no problem. My issue is I also like a cooked breakfast from work...meaning I'm too full for lunch :rotfl: . Can't win. Need to get out of that habit asap. I've also managed to reduced my coffee intake to one a day :j so that's a bonus I suppose.

It does take time to get out of the habit that you have been used to but it is worth it in the end. Don't bear yourself up too much x
