Day 5 today, and some more lentil and bacon soup. But this time with some cheese bloomer for dunking!
  • Morning,

I've updated the list on page 1.

Some really interesting lunches posted, not sure about parsnip and apple soup or lentil and bacon soup though :)

I've got a chicken tikka sandwich, a scotch egg, leftover wedges and chicken nuggets to get through today .

Have a great day everyone x

Day 5 done, I took another curry (I do tend to eat the same thing every day - need to work on this!).
Another $22 saved as an apple for breakfast so no coffee or breakfast out.
Another good thing I've noticed is that ive lost some weight in the last week, not sure if buying lunch and weight gain are linked.

Lentil and bacon soup is actually quite nice - almost like pea and ham but less pea-y (which is a good thing as I'm not a fan of peas!!)

Ah I don't like pea and ham soup but love mushy peas but my sibling loves pea and ham soup but he hates mushy peas. Lentils are definitely not my thing either.
