ok, i think i am am getting there... i am trying to get a popla code not actually appeal against their PCN,
with a popla code i can then appeal to popla,, i do not name any person including myself as to who was driving the car, i copy and paste the whole of the template (letting them know i have advice from MSE) i only state the keepers name and address, and, in order to resolve the dispute I attach copies of, upload a pic of the blue badge when submitting the appeal online to the PPC, closer?0 -
Yes, you do seem to be getting there.
Over forty posts on one thread in one day, and the initial appeal is yet to be sent -- I predict this issue will be very demanding.
More self education is required.
Please try and do more research before asking questions that are already answered in the NEWBIES thread.
Thanks for your understanding.0 -

Just check that the PPC takes online appeals (we recommend using online where ever possible), but if they only take postal appeals, then you need to submit around day 23, with a first class stamp and a free Certificate of Posting from your local post office. Not 'Signed For' or 'Recorded/Registered' post. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No, you put I am the keeper of the vehicle - you make no reference whatsoever to the driver. You don't want to be using a terminological inexactitude.

Mentioning that "an occupant of the vehicle is a BB holder."Ive checked , it is an online appeal and in the section
Are you the keeper/driver of the vehicle,
i put
i am the keeper but was not driving the vehicle
yes?
If there is a tick box or drop down box to select, triple check it again before you submit the appeal. Scammers have a nasty set up whereby it will revert back to driver if you click anything else on the page after making the initial selection of keeper.
Take a screen shot before you submit it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Hi, there are only four options, i have taken a screen shot to show you but there is no option to upload a pic?
they are:
1. I am the keeper and was driving the vehicle
2. I am the keeper but was not driving the vehicle
3. I am not the keeper but was driving the vehicle
4. I was not driving the vehicle nor am I the keeper
so i believe it's option 2?0 -
#4 is utter baloney ... why would a non-driver, non-keeper even be making an appeal? (Outside possibility it could be a fleet manager, I suppose)
Of the options listed then #2 is what you should select - make sure it hasn't defaulted to #1 or #3 before you click Submit.0
