well i went to tescos got some cheap cream got four packs of the chicken, no lamb or pork to be found, paid then off to CS desk, they tried to wiggle out of it by saying that the shelf price refered to a different item but i was having none of it, she went of to see the manager then came back and said she could refund the difference, i pointed to the policy which was on the wall behind her, she was not very happy and went off to see the manager again this time she returned and said i could have a full refund, yippee
    Another day another R&R

Well I've just come back from my shopping trip and I am really annoyed. Thought everything was going really well - managed to get two half legs of lamb priced at £6.69kg on pack, offer on shelf said 40p reduction to £6.29. Paid for it and went to Customer Services, assistant went of with till receipt then came back and told me I'd picked up New Zealand lamb instead of British (the one on offer), but she could let me have it at the reduced price. So she gave me £2.80 back and I went to take shopping back to car, telling myself to be more careful in the future.
Then I realised I'd forgotten rabbit food and had to go back, passing lamb display on the way lol. The shelf sticker said nothing about New Zealand or British, the fridge had a mixture of both in it, some at the correct price, some wrong. I was half tempted to buy another couple with the British label on but wimped out.

I think it might be a good idea to write on your shopping list exactly what it says on the shelf edge stickers then you can show it to customer services as you do your refund.

The customer service scanner in our little store has not worked for weeks. I've evn written to HQ but got no reply.

Tetly Fruit and Herb bags again

Camomile soother 39p on shelf scanned at 80p.
    With 20p coupon as well.

They did have some promo packs at 39p,but no 20p coupon inside.

As far as I can make out it is the older stock that is 80p,there must be a promo coming on all of this range so best to check out the stock, when you see a pack with 39p flashed on it check the stock behind to see if there is any old stock with the flashed 20p coupon on the box this is the stock that is coming up at 80p.

HTH and is not too confusing.

hi guys looks like everyone has been having a few problems at tescos well here's another mis price that may or not be at your store. While looking for the misprices already listed i didnt find any but instead found that tesco's veneson (?) prime steak was wrongly priced. it was priced at 19.00 kg on the shelf but 20.00 kg on the pack. So i bought 5 packs and went to C/S i have never used tescos policy but got my money back - £26 or so and 5 packs of steaks!!!! yum! I went to a store about 40 mins away hoping they would have the mistake too but they didnt. so good luck to you all!

Ok people, I've not utilised this policy ever before.

When I go to TESCO this afternoon, and spot, say the vennison (provided is miss-labelled), I pay for it as usual...and then go to the Customer Service desk? Once I'm there, what do I need to say?

Just go to Customer Services and say you think you've been overcharged.
They will go and check on the shelf and look at your receipt and if its wrong refund you and you get to keep the item.
My best bargain was a Virgin mobile that should have had 50 quid knocked off if i spent over 50 quid on shopping.
The 50 quid wasn't taken off the price and hey presto i got a free 120 quid phone.
