over £50 of H/L skinless chicken breast fillets (Big packs, extra value - they certainly were
) refunded today and some cheese too. CS lady was so nice unlike the jobsworth who she passed me to, who got out his calculator and totted up the price per kg and helpfully informed me that I had actually been undercharged even though the shelf price/kg was less than on the packet  . He refunded it but didn't give me the cheese back. Nice CS lady came back when I told her that he didn't think I'd been overcharged for the chicken (was he going to get busy with his calculator again and work out how much each pack should have been?). He said, it's not the same product, the code is different. She replied, the customer won't know that. She'd already queried it with someone else (meat manager?) and just did the refund and then passed me back the cheese! I feel a bit guilty though - that's a lot of chicken and a lot of money  ! Think I might try another Tesco for the mis-pricing (the one I hate because they promised a voucher as recompense for rude staff and hassle for not refunding a coupon but never sent it and still have rude staff who hate refunding :rotfl: ).
Good luck with your misprice hunting everyone

Hi there jordylass
I also thought the same as you when I first read it. But then I realised that if an item is marked up as £5, but the shelf says £4 and they charge £5....well , when you think about it, theyve advertised two prices and charged the higher. Which is overcharging.
I've only found one item which was yesterday (medium cheese) and that was through reading this thread! Bought tons of beef in gravy and got over 1600 points yesterday.....handed over money off coupons, got my cheese refund so only cost be £6 !!!0 -
I know it wont be top of everybodies shopping list but:
At Hamilton Tesco (Leicester) the shelf price for Certo Pectin was £1.47 a bottle and it scans through at £2.99 (its £2.99 on the website too).
I should think that the mistake has been rectified at this store now but it might be wrong at others.
