Noticed that Spring Onions were priced differently shelf / pack in the big store in Coventry on Sunday. Didn't buy any though - Spring Onions don't agree

Tried a different Tesco this evening - think they've been reading this thread!

All of the bacon joints had a yellow price reduction sticker - reducing the kg price from £3.44 to £3.42.

And more than a dozen different kinds of cheese also had yellow reduction stickers, reducing the kg price from what was on the printed label to the amount of the shelf.

Managed to find mild cheddar with the wrong price and no yellow stickers (£3.35 v £3.34), so got 3 lots, and my money refunded!

Minced lamb - was £1.98 kg now £1.88 kg on shelf edge, pack price £1.88 but the pack is only 454g. Shelf edge for price per lb is correct. Only one left in my local Tesco - shame!

Several meat price errors the wrong way.... Technically I guess these are covered by the 'if it doesnt add up' policy - but I certainly wouldn't have the cheek to complain that I'd been undercharged :silenced:

I've noticed a lot of cheese now doesn't have a price on it in Tesco - just the weight and a blank where the price should be. Are they catching on?;)

picked up lots of bacon and cheese today - hubby is getting quite sick of the cheese

(managed the brie, Lancashire & cheddar), with some bacon, and then went back a couple of hours later with mother and got more bacon and cheese between us - of course we used Joeys as well !!

excellent - made a note of the others and will try for the chicken as we like the chicken breasts

    any choccys wrongly priced yet?

You buy 3 packs of BirdsEye Beef In Gravy @ 66p each, total £1.98. This gets you 151 clubcard points* (worth a minimum of £1.51). I haven't looked at it closely, but some MSE'rs get double points and then double them again by converting the points into 'deals'. Total cost £1.98 - Possible value £6.04.

    * Buy any 3 Birdseye ready meals and get 150 extra points - plus the single point for spending £1+ !
