    Thanks for the reply,

It was a couple of months ago. I paid cash so I'll have to see if I can find the receipt and if they're still charging the same price in store.

I'll let everyone know how I get on!

And a damned good one too! Take them home and try them out first if you like them go back and empty the shelf 3 or 6 bottles at a time and produce the receipts at your leisure for your refund, this is the method I use I always make a test purchase but never go for my refund if the product is overcharged I go straight back to the shelf!

What's the longest time you've left the refunds before claiming them? And what happens if the incorrect price is corrected before you go back for the refund?

Seems like a great idea, but only if you definitely get the refund!

The store near where I work has had fresh Tesco's fresh fruit juices with a sign saying 66p each - buy 3 for £1.90, save 58p. It's been like this for weeks, but changed yesterday after I complained to Head Office for about the 5th time.

Wish I'd have read this first - might be worth looking out for at other stores!

I check the pos for end date and usually return to the store for refund between four and eight days this gives me plenty of time check out the product and return to the store and make a few purchases of six at a time as this is the maximum they will usually refund then present my receipts for refund over a four day period.

Thanks for the info. You must spend a lot of time at the CS counter! Any problems with being a "regular"?
