  • Still waiting...
Has anyone moved forward on this? still no bill or online log in for oneselect customers.
Emails go unanswered, my last email from them was on the 25/2/19 with my bill from oneselect.
Very strange as I hadn’t used any gas with oneselect from September until December.....
Been paying by direct debit of £115 per month, £93 in credit from oneselect, yet no bill from together energy...

Nope - nada here either from Together and no final bill from One Select. I left TE ~ 6 weeks ago now, owing by my estimation ~ £200 (less the c/f credit from One Select. of ~ £45)
Never got a reply to emails and only got thru once on the phone ,when I was told that my OS bill would be done shortly. That was mid February!
I can log in to the TE website -but there is nothing there -no readings,no bills ,no account number ,no information re the tariff.........

Hmm, I probably should send in a complaint about now as it's been over 6 weeks since the confirmed date my new supplier notified TE of my final/opening reads. I could do with that fiver back before the end of the year.

Well, wonders will never cease! A "final" Together Energy bill has appeared on the portal dated the 10th February!!- but for more than I had calculated. No notification via email or phone tho'.
The credit carried forward from One Select isn't even detailed, the final balance is just magically reduced from the bill figure.:(
I've managed to get thru to TE who have sent me a link to the missing OS bill:T - and I've identified the problem - the opening reading on the OS bill is lower than the "verified" closing read with First Utility,my supplier previous to OS.
We then entered "Alice in Wonderland" territory as the agent couldn't grasp the fact that the TE bill was correct -but the OS credit was not !

Finally I think she has raised a dispute for the opening read of the OS bill - I also got her to note on the system that I wouldn't be paying the TE balance until the disputed reading was settled - no doubt that won't work ,so I await the debt collector's communications.

Further to the last post -they have now phoned ME - asking where the disputed start reading came from! You couldn't make it up:rotfl:

I think that I will just wait for them to email me with my final bill.
