I had indeed left One Select, and was still owed a refund.

Appeard according to TE, that OS have not passed my credit record over.

I will call TE again tomorrow

TE now state that that customers who had left OS and were waiting for credit refunds should have them by the month end.

One Select administrators seemed to have removed account access -at least I can't log in on the old OS site this morning

Yes, looks like the myaccount subdomain of the website has been completely taken down.

Wonder if its a prelude to a reissue of the OS bill - my previous supplier don't appear to have agreed the opening read and the closing read used for the bill was a long way from the reading I gave Together Energy:(

Or the Joint Administrators needed to incur some expense to keep those systems online and decided that wasn't in the best interests of the companies' creditors.

I posted some time ago what I was going to do My subscription is cancelled Moving at the present time I would only have saved £140 because all prices went up again after second week in January So getting in before then I have saved £608 Too late now

It appears that following on from One Select's account site being taken down a few days ago, Together's account site is unavailable this morning and showing the nginx test page. It's a little disconcerting that they haven't been able to put up a 'down for maintenance' holding page if this was planned.

Oh well, just a few more days and I should be out of their clutches.

Together's website is back up now - but absolutely no new information for the ex OS customers.:(

Still no replies to any emails but now Eddington Energy Supply Limited is my energy supplier. This is apparently the previously dormant company brought to life to take on OneSelect customers.
