Hello, Number 150 checking in with this months over payment of £550 for march.

I'd gladly take a lower number Julicorn, saves me having to scroll so far and overshooting!

Received a letter from my mortgage provider confirming my last OP, and as I've asked for any OPs to contribute to reducing term rather than monthly payments, they update the breakdown of monthly payments, which shows what your final payment will be. Seeing that as under £25 was a huge motivation to find the extra cash, and it means I've now reduced my overall mortage term by one month. Not bad for only being with the forum for 2 months :) , thanks for all the encouragement and posting folks.

#47 with an additional £30 OP please :):):)

#45 popping in with another update for March.
After my cheeky little rounding down payment of £26.10 at the beginning of the month, I've also done my regular SO payment of £63.11.
Not going to add anymore this month just yet as I'm having some garden work done and don't want to squeeze myself too tightly for that.

Here's where we're at so far.
    Jan total - £205.34
    Feb total - £260.11
    March - £89.21

    YTD - £554.66

Thanks Julicorn for all your hard work keeping us updated and focused :D

    Hi Julicorn

I had bank account cash back amounts that I’ve gathered up so made another cheeky OP of £100.

#68 total for March now £457.27

    Thank you!!

  • #56 here. Total for March is looking fantastic. As I said before hubby has been off work with appendicitis and recovering so he hasn’t been driving 4hrs a day to/from work so he has given me £400 which would have gone on fuel over the last 3 weeks (the week before he was in London and locally!)

This takes my total for March so far to £900.11

We are both due to get a bonus this month too - mine is only for 12w work so isn’t big. But we will put half to the mortgage and half towards a holiday.

I’ve not decided yet if I will move it in March or April!, but there will be another good chunk coming soon and we will then stabilise at £4-500 a month for the rest of the year I think
