Hi everyone! Number 126 reporting in with a total of £50.07 for Jan. (2x£2 coins from my food shopping snuck in at the end of Feb!) Also OP'd £33.65 for Feb. Doubt I'll manage much more this month but these combined mean I'm on track for Feb anyway.

Can I have a smaller number too? I like a tidy spreadsheet too - too many gaps in it at the moment! :p
    Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

  • Number 137 checking in - I made a further overpayment of £33.07 in January and £150 for February .. that's £183.07 since last update, giving me a grand total of £273.07/£2500 overpaid so far!

1st OP of Feb which is just a TT where the interest has been added so to take it to a nice even number a cheeky little £17.00 OP. There will be more to come in a few weeks. :D

    Jan total - £205.34
Feb total so far - £17.00

    YTD - £222.34

Of course - thank you for supporting the 'tidy spreadsheet' cause! :D I've given you #51 now.

  • Hey Julicorn,

    No.74 with February's OP of £1750.

If it helps further tidy the spreadsheet, I'd be happy to have a lower number.

    Target £18,000 overpayment

I paid £9,950 in January and I’m now building up a pot to overpay in my next mortgage year in Sept/Oct. I have a 5% limit so I think the most I can overpay will be £9,250

I’ll be free from the cap in 2023. I’m trying to save all of my extra overpayments I would make for a lump sum when I’m uncapped!
