    I've paid a chuck off the mortgage for Feb however we're hoping to make another over payment before the end of the month so I will come back to you with the final figures Juliecorn :-)

    Just popping in to update my January total:

    #20 kittenkirst £639.69

    Really pleased with this- it’s made up of some money from selling off my jewellery making tools, non council tax month, monthly OP and some Tilly tidies :heartpuls
    First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
    New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!
