OP - Does your company have an Occupational Health team? If so, ask to be referred to them.

two weeks before i went sick , i asked to se OH, when i came to appointment, i told that i have concerns about my health, OH asked me does it affecting my work, where i answered no at the moment, then OH refused to listen anything, told to go to my GP.

A friend worked for our last company for many years - not a day off sick until something rather serious overtook her - full pay then half pay for months. A colleague of ours hardly ever worked a full month without having time of for "flu" (i.e. a bit of a cold) or similar, eventually he got SSP and that was it. Finally, the company got sick of him and he's now working somewhere else (until his new employers catch on).

Why should a company have to reward shirkers and layabouts who take the mick the same as loyal and hardworking employees. That's perfectly fair management in my opinion.
but people are different, not everyone have brilliant health, to be honest, i don't really understand what i am accused off, and employer is explaining the allegation by telling another allegation and so on, they don't explain to me exactly that i could explain it correctly.

Your lack of good health is not your employers problem; it's your problem.

Then capability is absolutely an issue, and if this carries on it can only end with you losing your job. My suggestion would be that you take control of the situation and find yourself a different job doing work that doesn't make you ill.

yes i know i need to, cause i was bullying, victimised and harassed to many times, they just thought i will just leave, but i did not, and they decided to get rid off me formal way.... reasonable believe......

Well your illness is affecting your work due to attendance, is there any changes they could do to assist?

2-3 times per year is not acceptable.

I would say it depends, if it is 2-3 times where it is long-term sickness, then potentially, or if it is 2-3 times on a Monday, then potentially. Need more context to the types of illness to dismiss out of hand.
  • Hi, i had one day off in 9 years and never late but when i was off sick for a few months they got rid of me.

At the end of the day you are just a number i was told that when i started work at 16 when the above happened i knew that was true

I don't know how there is UK mentality, but i wish they business will vanish... In the end we all humans and if you act in such a way with employees, you will get same return

well, i just told you that OH refused even to listen to my worries, so i guess they also make discretions how would they like to assist. And when i mentioned that to manager, he stated its not relevant information to any off my absence, also i showed referrals to hospital appointments, that my GP referred, this is also not relevant to any of absences. So they just are sure for reasonable believe i dont have any underlying health issues, or they agree that i was sick, but i should not take Companies sick, or i should have less ocasion, As i told I don't understand the allegations because its twisted and they don't explain to me crearly
