so based on that you can reasonable believe that worker is faking?
So what to do if i feel im not fit to do the job, should i still come being sick? or i need to resign from work and become homeless?

Whether you come in sick or not depends in part on the sort of work you do (some types it would be illegal to come in sick) and partly on your work ethic, and of course if you are too sick to work you shoudn't come in. But you should also expect eventually to face a disciplinary on capability grounds, and if that finds you are unable to do the job then you will be sacked.

Nothing to do with faking. You can get sacked for getting ill.

Our company have absence policy, if it above limit, eventually we will be sacked, but i am accused that i am ill in this way, that i'm avoiding to go to absence policy. So they should not sacke me on this matter, do they? Basically i need to be sick more, to be sacked, thats why they accusing me that i'm not getting sick so much, that i am avoiding this way. What i need to know, what they require from me, not to be sick again never, or anything else, i work there 6.5 years

If someone in my team was that often I’d probably want a chat to understand what the issue was. They average about one day off every three or four years, so a lot less than you are taking, and I’d not be surprised if you’ve rounded down. If you don’t have an underlying health condition, or work in an environment where you are exposed to a lot of sick people then 2-3 days a year isn’t negligible.

Have you had more Monday’s or Fridays than random chance would predict?

if they have poor absence policy, there is clearly explain in which way regarding sick we can be sacked. So lets say they state if you been 2 times in year - no actions, 3 times in year - next year reduced by 1 time. 4 absences - dismissal.
So i been 2-3 times every years, so should i be sacked or explained what do they expect form me not to dismiss me?

They can have a no sickness policy if they wish. So how can we comment

I think i do have underlying health problems, and i saw my gp very often, i get referrals to X-rays, to some specialists, but they saying everything is fine, but if i work physically i'm getting worse and worse. It is not in my interest to go sick, cause i always been hard working employee, many overtimes. But now my health is !!!! honestly, but GP doesn't even want to listen...... You will be amazed what excuses he tells me if i come and make concern about my health. It is not Emergency, it is periodically up and down. I always hoping to get better and never get sick, but this harassment from employer is just making my health state more complicated. I know you will say i need to leave this job....

So but they making accusation that im abusing companies sick pay, and to be honest i really disagree on that, cause i don't, because i know this is their discretion its not a guaranteed pay.
So if they sack me for to many sickness is one thing but they accusing me on different thing.
do i have any option to take of this false accusation, or they reasonably believe is a guarantee of they truth?

But what do you mean, what are the symptoms?

I feel pretty rubbish quite often, lack of sleep, hangover, the aches and pains of growing older, but these are just part of life, and don’t stop me doing my job.

Are you staying at home whenever you just don’t feel great, or is it actual illnesses?
