Do you have a real situation or is this hypothetical? There’s people needing advice not just entertainment.

well regardless on everything whats been said, companies sick pay is discretion of employer, an if employer stays wont pay you company's sick pay on they discretion that's one thing, but when they say they wont pay you, and they do. And accuse you off abusing it. So did they made a discretion not to pay you, but they did pay to have a ground to accuse you?

Could you have another run at that please? Maybe read it back before you post, as it’s quite unclear what you are saying.

Have you been abused of faking sickness? Is it only the once, or repeatedly?

    Were you sick?

You seem to be complaining that your employer is not being fair, but what do you want done about it?

The OP is now saying in their other thread that the reason for all their sick pay woes is "national racism", whatever that is.

Oh dear. How often do we see that accusation made when somebody doesn't get the answer or outcome they want. Failure for two parties of different ethnic groupings to agree does not automatically mean the reason for the failure is racial prejudice.

You obviously don't have English as a first language, and people have been very patient and understanding on this thread despite the language problems.

However what you just typed is pretty hard to comprehend. Can you try again as, if someone criticises you because they can't understand your English, that isn't racism.

i was sick several times, around 2-3 a years, so based on this they believe that im abusing companies sick pay. So employer thinks i faking that, because my sickness is in acceptable limits by policy.

No of course it's not racism, and understand and i know that sometimes its hard to pass exactly what i want to express in english, there i get misunderstanding in conversations. And at work i never been told that i dont understand whats been told to me.

2-3 times per year is not acceptable.

so based on that you can reasonable believe that worker is faking?
So what to do if i feel im not fit to do the job, should i still come being sick? or i need to resign from work and become homeless?
