Employer accusing workers of abusing companies sick pay
Comments

So should not pay me companies sick pay, because they informed me on day 1 I became sick that they stop CSP because they believe i abusing it, and will investigate it. Despite this later they paid me, in the midle of investigations where they also stated they wont.
If they would not pay CSP there would be no CSP abuse, do i think correctly?
No. It is quite possible that they paid you company sick pay whilst thinking that your absence was quite iffy and deciding to look into it further. Which seems to have been what happened. You had sick pay, and now they are saying they won't pay you at the company level any more.
Which, as I have said earlier, seems quite reasonable to me for someone who was absent (for over a week? You didn't answer my question - which didn't surprise me) for an injured foot. Potentially quite able to work (another answered question - is it a standing job?) but happy just to take the time off without any willingness to do useful work from home.
I would say 'I'm with the employer on this one' except that I am beginning to think you are just a troll, making up your stories. It's a marker of a troll to extend the thread on and on (the THREE threads, in your case) while not answering any questions which might lead to a constructive outcome.Ex board guide. they said they wont pay me the money which they paid me..... this is complicated things, i making separate tread i wanted to talk about it separate, but some readers just wanna make a one big mess with my stories stating that employee have a little rights in employment law.
I wonder that even little rights should not be applied by your understanding
and everywhere i see support for employer, maybe they did not know, maybe they this and that.....0 -
It’s been explained to you repeatedly above.so they had this reason and said they wont pay me, and accused me, and when i came back to work, they paid me and sent me to disciplinary. So why they paid me if before they made this allegation, and told me they wont pay me.
Why are you asking the same question again when it has been answered?
I don’t really understand why you are posting any longer, and have some real sympathy for your employer.0 -

i tell you one thing about my employer, they throwing out file notes, counselings to everyone like you saying hello to everyone everyday, and regarding companies sick pay abuse it is 40 -50 % of employees have mostly the same stories. Never mind i made a lot of good conclusions by communicating with everyone who where explaining me a lot.
thanks the thread is finished

Are you going to actually say what you do for a living and whether a foot injury would stop you doing your job?0

Can I say, though, that with your lack of English, poor attitude, and general sense of confusion you are showing how poorly some of the regular posters on here are doing.
The fact that you are employed and they are not is both amusing and very telling.
Good luck, but I fear luck will not be enough.0
