Employer accusing workers of abusing companies sick pay

It doesn't matter what words were used. Stop getting fixated on that tiny aspect.
To me is very important what i am being accused of, or i making mistake again that one allegation can undermine many. This tiny aspect is the allegation, why i should ignore it? I should have a clear understanding because only then i can bring my side of story at disciplinary, but I see i don't need to to understand anything and just agree with employers actions whatever they are. this is unfair0 -
it is not so poor as they policy states. but abusing companies sick pay is different allegation is it not? they can stop paying companies sick pay if they want if they believe i should not get it.
So why they just not accusing me of unacceptable absence or poor attendance.
Does the allegation it self have no matter what it will mean?
What does the policy state is poor enough to count as poor attendance? Why do you think your attendance is not poor enough to qualify?0 -

Ok but your feelings don't count in employment law.
Remember if an employer wants to sack you, they will - it may take time, but they'll manage it.
In most cases agreeing on an improvement plan is much better than winning a technical argument.0 -

I agree, that they will sack me cause they want it for a long time when i started complain that they where taking a pi1ss of me without even hide it, after they became more cautious about taking a p1ss ant started to make it informally, after i still complained, they decided that is enough of this guy, if he thinks he need to be respected at this place we will get rid of him.
So i gave them a good chance to do so, right?
, but thats my health and that's probable their achievement. I agree to be sacked for things i need to be sacked not for things i did not done.
If employer (specific manager) can do unlawful things to sack someone, thats does not mean that this someone won't take unlawful things going further, especially when its ruins they life completely0 -

No-one is being unlawful.
They are going through the motions of getting rid of you.
Remember employment is a voluntary process. That means both parties agree, voluntarily to enter into a contract.0 -

i did not breached contract yet, so don't tell me employer is right. this is bias position towards employer, and disrespect employes right.0 -

The employer may be wrong, but how will that help you when you start to be:
1. told to take your annual leave as 1 day a week for the next 20 weeks
2. watched for time keeping every day
3. given unrealistic timeframes for work
4. monitored everyday
Being managed out is easy. I've seen it happen0 -
I agreed with that so they can stop paying company sick pay as this this they own discretion, but this makes my allegation even more ridiculous, cas i did not ask to pay it in the first plays, they decided to pay it even after before they said they wont pay it. So how i can abus they right pay on not to pay!!!!0

they do that with me every day for years now, they tried to accuse me in 1 minute extended brake, excuse me of being at my break when i was working, accused me for underperformance while 20-50% workers are underperforming every single day.
Ignoring my grievance where they see they have no defence for done actions)
they accused me about sick pay abuse before and many times and it was unfounded, they unfairly rotating me with the jobs, english group of workers are bulling me by starring at me, calling me !!!!, swearing on me in front of managers....
They only do so when only they are around, if there is any of my friends close, they never do that0 -
So leave... why do you stay there if it's so bad?!0
