You have written above about going off sick in a way that makes me suspect it was more than a day or two, contrary to what you wrote earlier. Can you clarify please, have you genuinely only had two or three ways off for sickness in the last twelve months?0 -

have no idea what you mean honest? Do you want companies name and copies of all documents? You seem to be complaining that your employer is not being fair, but what do you want done about it?
i never abused sickness and never made a fake. i was sick.
i asked why you ignoring my appeals, why ignoring my grievance, they just said they sorry they had some management issues.
missed that post, i never faked the sickness, cause any sickness brings negative consequences, you won't be paid for 3 days or never as in my case, you will be closer to dismissal and so on. I am very responsible person, and only one thing can be missing that is what level of sickness my employer keeps as a reasonable to be sick.0 -

How i can give any explanation or mitigation to clear it if i have no idea why they think i could not be ill on this date. This is not evidence its bulxshit. Maybe they will accuse me that they reasonable believe that i am avoiding to be theft because i know i will be dismissed, or i abusing drug and alcohol policy by avoiding to be drunk at work?0

To be honest I think you need to stop reading stuff as you are clearly not interpreting it correctly.
What you need to realise is that even if your absences are genuine you can still be sacked.0 -
You say you were sick for 4 days. 3 days on a rota day (due at work) and 1 day on a rest day. This is 4 days sick and covered by a self certificate.
You only need a sick note over 7 days.
As you had several rest days afterwards, are you saying when you were then well you did not call work to book off the sick. So work think you were sick for ten days. When it was 4?

If someone is repeatedly off work due to taking drugs then yes I expect they would eventually be sacked.
If someone is repeatedly off work due to being hungover then yes I expect they would eventually be sacked.
If someone is repeatedly off work due to being ill generally then yes I expect they would eventually be sacked.

this is other absence which happen after. it has nothing to do with that abuse. probably i will get disciplinary for this soon0
