Repeatedly over a number of years? As these seem genuine and I presume they were backed up by Doctor's notes?

If that’s your employers choice, then yes you shouldn’t be employed
well so the sickness absence should not exist, right? But it does exist. And ok i agree with you this people who become sick should stay away from employment and should go to live on the streets.

I think you are missing the point. It is up to the individual company to decide wheather they can afford for you to be off sick and still keep you employed. Yours has obviously gone one way, so it will not end well, find a better employer. There are many who offer a lot more than basic minimum.

Mine offer 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay. Though it would really depends on your individual position and pattern if you would last that long. Repeated seemingly random absences with no end in sight? Probably not long. Some terrible illness that makes you off for a year in one go. Probably fine.

The point is even if they havea policy it is usually down to managers discretion as to how it is followed.

For this occasions i did not go to GP cause, my GP already made pressure to me that im visiting him to many times, where i not supposed to, there is farmacy, or internet. But i asked my employer to give me in writing that they want me to bring the GP sick notes when i do not need them by law. Then i will have some point to go to my GP strait from 1 day. Employer did not answer on that anything

yes i got it, i will try to work there till they sack me, but i will try to come even being sick, cause thats how I understand they point, which is again, breach of health and safety. But I already considering for other jobs. I been there for so long, cause i got to use to people, i got many friend there, and i work very hard before till they obviously started taking a pxss on national discrimination, unfair management is that's for immigrants, simple excuses when doing this wrong to me - sorry that's errors or its a business needs.

There seems to be something rather odd about the OP's posts - almost as if English is their first language, but they are trying to disguise the fact?
