So but they making accusation that im abusing companies sick pay, and to be honest i really disagree on that, cause i don't, because i know this is their discretion its not a guaranteed pay.
So if they sack me for to many sickness is one thing but they accusing me on different thing.
do i have any option to take of this false accusation, or they reasonably believe is a guarantee of they truth?
Maybe you don’t understand the law, or the culture in the U.K., but there is generally no recourse for someone accusing you of something unless it’s serious.

As I read it, the company only authorize discretionary sick pay once the employee has returned to work - so a cash flow issue for anyone off just before payday, and especially anyone on long term sick.
I did not noticed that post before, but that is correct, so is this normal practice that employer is withholding this to most of workers till they return to work and will have investigation?

well that is a very good explanation, thanks, what about damaging reputation at work, bringing unfounded allegations on occasional basis?
  • But what do you mean, what are the symptoms?

I feel pretty rubbish quite often, lack of sleep, hangover, the aches and pains of growing older, but these are just part of life, and don’t stop me doing my job.

Are you staying at home whenever you just don’t feel great, or is it actual illnesses?

dizzy, temperature, pain in the eyes, full body weakness - that when i do not go to work,
sometimes when i do physical activities, looks like im gonna pass out. i eat good food, i get good sleep, but there is things which i dont wanna say here, which make me think 100% i have undergoing health problems. i read a lot about my symptoms, and to find more i need to be sent to proper medical check, which my GP is not giving. with my budget i can not afford to do any medical check which i need

2-3 times per year is not acceptable.
    Really???

try having a disability that leads to sickness on top of the physical ilnesses everyone else gets.

I've been off 4 times this year, twice when my medication was changed and the side effects rendered me useless, once for a severe depressive episode that left me suicidal and on he verge of self harm, and once for a manic episode that was heading into psychosis. I try my best to be present and do my job but even occ health have said my bipolar is unpredictable and even when i'm doing everything right (medication, self care etc) i can still end up depressed/manic. Most of the time i try and work through these episode but sometimes i do have to take time off sick

I think i do have underlying health problems, and i saw my gp very often, i get referrals to X-rays, to some specialists, but they saying everything is fine, but if i work physically i'm getting worse and worse.

Then capability is absolutely an issue, and if this carries on it can only end with you losing your job. My suggestion would be that you take control of the situation and find yourself a different job doing work that doesn't make you ill.

    Really??? - Yes really.

try having a disability that leads to sickness on top of the physical ilnesses everyone else gets. - a disability is a protected characteristic and an employer would be expected to make reasonable adjustments.

I've been off 4 times this year, twice when my medication was changed and the side effects rendered me useless, once for a severe depressive episode that left me suicidal and on he verge of self harm, and once for a manic episode that was heading into psychosis. - Ok, how is any of this your employers problem? I try my best to be present and do my job - good? I don't get your point. Maybe your best isn't good enough but even occ health have said my bipolar is unpredictable and even when i'm doing everything right (medication, self care etc) i can still end up depressed/manic. Most of the time i try and work through these episode but sometimes i do have to take time off sick

That's fine. Sooner or later you may find that your employer does not have to keep employing you.

No they can't impose what they wish by choosing the worker and stopping his CSP without a good reason, that is discrimination. Let's say employer pays to some workers by agreeing that they been sick, and not to others just because they believe they been not sick. This is clear unfair management. Companie can use it as motivation tool for unwanted workers.

A friend worked for our last company for many years - not a day off sick until something rather serious overtook her - full pay then half pay for months. A colleague of ours hardly ever worked a full month without having time of for "flu" (i.e. a bit of a cold) or similar, eventually he got SSP and that was it. Finally, the company got sick of him and he's now working somewhere else (until his new employers catch on).

Why should a company have to reward shirkers and layabouts who take the mick the same as loyal and hardworking employees. That's perfectly fair management in my opinion.

OP - Does your company have an Occupational Health team? If so, ask to be referred to them.
