Employer accusing workers of abusing companies sick pay

    as someone said and i agree i can be dismissed, but again for the correct reason, so if reason will be correct, there will be no question, but if employer try dismiss employee for false allegation is different. You sayng that it doesn not matter, what will be the reason

    They want you to comply with the correct poor attendance policy but you declined. Poor attendance policy is there for a reason.

    You said they have a poor attendance policy which they wanted to implement & you admit your attendance is poor. Why don't you think they should implement their poor attendance policy with you?

    It sounds like whatever happens, your future at the company is short-lived, have you started looking at alternative jobs?

    it is not so poor as they policy states. but abusing companies sick pay is different allegation is it not? they can stop paying companies sick pay if they want if they believe i should not get it.
    So why they just not accusing me of unacceptable absence or poor attendance.
    Does the allegation it self have no matter what it will mean?
