To be honest I think you need to stop reading stuff as you are clearly not interpreting it correctly.
What you need to realise is that even if your absences are genuine you can still be sacked.
as someone said and i agree i can be dismissed, but again for the correct reason, so if reason will be correct, there will be no question, but if employer try dismiss employee for false allegation is different. You sayng that it doesn not matter, what will be the reason0 -

You said they have a poor attendance policy which they wanted to implement & you admit your attendance is poor. Why don't you think they should implement their poor attendance policy with you?
it is not so poor as they policy states. but abusing companies sick pay is different allegation is it not? they can stop paying companies sick pay if they want if they believe i should not get it.
So why they just not accusing me of unacceptable absence or poor attendance.
