Congratulations on your new job iheart
Good luck with your interview Hettyhound, I hope that you are successful
Lots of fabulous potting going on
Sooooo, I have told Sue, but i'm not sure if I had shared with the rest of my potty friends, but last year in may the DWP took away my PIP paymentsI have been battling against their decision ever since (which is why I have been very sketchy with my appearances over the last 8 months, the fight has taken its toll on my health). Well I was due to attend my tribunal on 19th Feb and just had a phone call this morning from PIP saying they were reinstating my PIP and backdating it to when they cancelled it :j I am soooooo sooooo relieved. I was really getting panicky about the court thing as I get very anxious in face to face situations. It has also helped lift DH out of his depression today, it may only be temporary for him, but when you have that cloud over your family all the time anything that gives respite is precious
Also, DH and I have been chatting and I happened to say 'I wonder how much money we save in parking due to the fact we have blue badges', as DH pointed out, if we could walk any distance we would park further away where it was free, but places like our city centre there is no free parking, you have to park outside and take the park and ride bus or park in the city and pay the parking charge. So we have decided that we are going to start a seperate pot and pot the cost of parking in any situation where we would have paid if we didn't have the badges. I don't think it will be an actual cost to cost ratio as I think we would go out a lot more if we were able, but its a way to save some more pennies for the challenge :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
