Haven't done a lot of potting this last week as my dear old mother passed away last Thursday afternoon. She was 89 and had lived a full and happy life, even during these last few years battling with dementia she was always smiling and happy in her own little world. It is always sad, of course, but I am also happy for her that she is released from a horrible disease and relieved that I no longer have to worry about her.

I have £1 to pot today. Keep warm Potters and enjoy the rest of your week.:)

Oh siju, I am so very sorry to hear that, and we were only talking about her last week! I'm so pleased you're looking at it in the very best way you can, I know that's the way I viewed my dear Mum's death in 2005. To see them cruelly enveloped within that horrible disease and their own little world is so hard. Thank goodness she's at peace now. I've no doubt you've many cherished memories of her from years ago, keep them in your mind and heart and that's where she will remain. Take very good care of yourself. xxx

I've sold some bits on Facebook so £17 potted and with snow have missed Rainbows for two weeks and not going to breakfast club - a reminder here to myself to pot £11#

Though due to potting activity I didn't have any change to tip to hairdresser so feel a bit bad about that
