Managed to pot £2.00 yesterday so it's going ok.
May not be commenting much for a bit. My husband has just been diagnosed with cancer so it's a very emotional time. I may need to open my tin early depending on what happens and if we decide to go away for a weekend to spend some time together
I hope everyone else is ok and happy potting:wave:
So sorry to hear this. We will still be here when you are ready to come back

Ahhh melodylady, just read your news after trying to catch up after few weeks away. I'm sorry to read about hubby. I don't blame you if you open that tin early, you need to be kind to yourselves. Just think at least you've got some squirrelled away so you can take that much needed time out together. Sending you lots of positive thoughts and love.
I've had another 3 sales on eBay so another £12.47 switched from PayPal into the sealed bank account. I've sold 30 items over the last 60 days and just have 5 things currently listed. Need to get another stack of junk listed over next few weeks. Hoping people still looking for summer bits if they're escaping for winter sun! Finally Debt Free 24/4/20230 -

Afternoon potters!
So sorry about your DH melodylady, a holiday sounds like a wonderful idea, open that pot if you need too, time is so much more precious than money.
Also sorry about your job Hettyhound, it was not the job for you, something much better is round the corner! I am a firm believer in fate, everything happens for a reason.
Been doing a bit of fleabaying and fb selling, a few notes have made their way in to the pot, a couple have also made there way into the 'secret DH week away' envelope plus DH went to the pub for his friends birthday and came back with lots of lovely change for the tins!

Thanks jakes-Mum, yes I’m a firm believer in the you will get the right job. Looking forward to opening tin but slightly nervous it won’t contain enough for Christmas presents. I’ve never done this before so have nothing to estimate it against. My son asked for an electric guitar as a Christmas present today; I’ve firmly told him no.SPC #023 SPC 12: £125.86[/COLOUR]:SPC 13: £214.98: SPC 14: £297.41 SPC 15: £237.27 SPC 16 £335.39; SPC 17 £662.09 SPC 18 £20MFW #21 Mortgage start Dec 2015 £79,950; June 2025 £19,394.00 2025 OP £1589/COLOR]/£2,000 MFiT T6 #3 £19070/£25,500 (72.82%%) MFiT T7 #3 £2050/£21,930 (9.34%)0
