My Christmas cake is still at the soaking the fruit stage, bubbs; tomorrow it’ll get baked. Usually I have this done by mid-October to give me lots of time to feed it. I haven’t written my Christmas letters for overseas yet, either.
That’s a great loss, got2dothisnow.
Yes, maman, we got a win and I WASN’T THERE!!! I’ve had to make do with the club’s highlights. Maybe I shouldn’t go back as I missed the last win too! BTW, I love lamb, my favourite roast. You’ll love India, but be prepared to be shocked too. The Golden Triangle was fantastic. Is Shimla on your itinerary? I can’t believe it’s almost 2 years since I was there.
Believe it or not, I’ve been quite well behaved today.
Brunch: B French toast, banana & blueberries, maple syrup (1)
Snack: Thornton’s raspberry marzipan chocolate (3), not my favourite but it was my turn at the Advent calendar
Dinner: fish pie (A), green beans & beetroot
Snack: small piece of Instant Fruit cake – no idea of syns, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t more than 11!

Where is everyone today? Nobody posted since the early hours this morning!
I've been out this morning for my brisk walk. Was quite surprised that the seafront wasn't as windy as I was expecting and managed to get in 40 minutes of brisk walking. As we'd parked in Mr Ts carpark decided to do shopping today rather than tomorrow which is when I'd normally do it so saving a bit on petrol:money:.
Today's plan:
B - porridge made with water, grapes (only fruit I've got left!)
L - carrot & lentil soup - from freezer
D - LO gammon, chips, beans, mushrooms, onions & salad
HEA - milk
HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned

Looked at the wrong page of my diary and it's next Monday for Gin and Jingle Bells.
So the plus side is another day on plan.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB Weetabix, HEA milk, pear and banana
L: LO veg, beetroot, cold meatcod, SW chips, tenderstem broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes
Syns: 3?
The cod is a pre-prepared meal (YS) from Sainsbury's with tomato and Parmesan on it so a few syns involved.
No, greentiger, Shimla's not on this itinerary. Most of my friends who've done this trip have returned to see more so maybe on another occasion.:)
Seems we'll be having a new manager soon. I'm not excited about it but will give him benefit of the doubt. I've seen enough false dawns.:(0 -
