    Stick around (even if you don't go to a class) as everyone is very friendly & helpful.


    Had a busy day yesterday - took mum to her hospital apt yesterday and by the time I'd walked the dog it was quite late so instead of having a jacket potato had rice with the curry but everything was still within my syn allowance - even had a portion of broccoli lol.


    I will have a jacket potato tonight again with broccoli so I am trying to keep a lid on it before we go away for the weekend.


    I will get to that ruddy target!

    I may have missed something here gts but what difference would it make to syns if you had rice instead of a JP with your curry? I'm assuming it was just home made rice?:think:


    You'll be OK with your Lemsip fatrab. Just half a syn a sachet. Much lower syn than beer!:D


    I'm not exactly sorry to see Sparky go greentiger. He was OK and he did his best but who knows what the new man will be like? Even if we'd had Pep or Klopp as managers they wouldn't have coped with selling almost a team full of the best players and the despondency that leaves behind amongst the others.:(


    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, strawberries and raspberries
    L: ham, LO veg, beetroot
    D: cottage pie with swede & carrot topping, cauli, cabbage, broad beans
    Syns: syrup 2.5

    Hi everyone.

    Still here and reading along. I have the cold from hell (my sympathies fatrab) so I'm just eating what I fancy at the moment - so far two bowls of porridge today alongside industrial quantities of cold meds. Glad to hear lemsip is half a syn!.

    Still hovering a bit under target, which is fine.

    Well done to all the losers, commiserations gainers and keep on keeping on everyone!

    Welcome marcadona to the SW thread. Do you go to group or are you doing it by yourself at home?

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast
    L - chicken & boiled egg salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, HM coleslaw (no mayo!), pickled onions, HM sun free onion chutney
    D - carbonara - using up the last of the gammon from Sunday! 0.5 syns for parmesan

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - parmasan 0.5

    Have had 88.5 Syns so far and need 6.5 for tomorrow's dinner so I've actually got 10 syns going spare which I can use if I need to.
