Was this an unintentional SP day Maman? Definitely no carbs that I can see (unless you have something in the cottage pie)!
Denise
Just a couple of small potatoes in my lunchtime fried veg so could easily have been a SP day if I'd tried. I didn't have extra HEB but feel bloated tonight. Crazy! I don't think SP agrees with me.
Loving your daygts ! :rotfl: What a nerve selling rubbish! :rotfl:0 -
That was a great, loss OG. You're nearly there.
Hi, marcadona, do pull up a chair and make yourself at home.
maman, I completely understand where you’re coming from re player sales. We were a selling club too – now we have no one worth selling!
Double well done, chrisv – thoroughly deserved xxx
Totally off plan today, boo. Well, that’s not quite true; I stuck to my plan but I just had tons of extra stuff!

Sorry been offline for a few days. Rather busy with daughter and hospital appointments.
Despite being busy I weighed in last night with a 1/2lb loss which I'm happy with.
Busy week ahead with appointments and a weekend away, but plan to be on plan as much as I can.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - Overnight oats
Lunch - Feta and olive salad
Dinner - Leftover carbonara
Snacks - fruit
HA - milk and cheese
HB - oats
Syns - olives (1.5), carbonara (4)Zebras rock0 -
Maman hadn't realised you had LO potatoes as well as veg - so nearly an SP day. Best that you didn't have the extra HEB then.
Kathrynha Well done on the loss this week. Hope all the hospital appointments etc go well this week and don't stop you sticking to plan. Will it be possible to take a packed lunch with you so that you don't have to be at the mercy of unhealthy hospital food?
Today's plan:
B - baked oats, quark, chopped apple, orange segments, skinny syrup
L - courgette & cream cheese tartlet (6 Syns); salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, beetroot, pickled onion, onion chutney
D - butcher's burger (0.5); sweet potato chips, mushrooms, onions, beans
HEA - milk
HEB - oats
Syns - pastry 5.5; Philli Lightest 0.5; burger 0.5

Went to the dump, to drop these bl00dy boxes off, after dropping the dog off at the kennels ......only to find that it was the local one's day for not opening....so had to do a 10 mile round trip to the nearest one.
Sometimes I wonder why I bother being mse.......0 -

Hi went to get weight in and stayed the same. Bit disappointed with that will try harder for next week0
-
Three weeks without visiting weigh-in. Not good. That all changes next week. I will be there. Currently probably need to take it easy for the next few days.0
