Big well done Chris slimmer of the week, please put me down for 1lb loss today was my WI.
Are these baked oats all good and tasty and they seem to be? Thinking of alternatives to bran flakes at times... be interested in them if so lol.
Its all busy with life and Christmas and appointments at my neck of woods. Still going with syn counting and exercise/torture on youtube.. nice to know that i am not paying for the pleasure of a beetroot face!:rotfl:

LMCD I add just a drizzle of honey (1 syn per teaspoon) to sweeten fruit if it's too sharp - I use the frozen berries from Aldi too.
Edited to add: Well done Chrisv!0 -
I often do baked oats. Much prefer them to overnight oats which I find a bit claggy.
There are loads of different flavours you can make with the baked oats by just altering the essence you use. One of my favourites is almond. I add a few drops of almond essence to the basic mix (oats, egg, natural yoghurt whisked together) and then divide into 2 muffins (I use silicon ones) and sprinkle 5g of flaked almonds (between them both) over the top (1.5 syns). Just add some chopped fruit on the plate with extra yoghurt or quark.
I've got several different essences including black cherry, gin & tonic, apple crumble etc. I bought them from an online company (but can't remember which one at the moment). They last ages as you only need a few drops each time.
Another alternative instead of the essences is to use Skinny Syrups which are Free to flavour them.
If you want some more ideas for flavours have a look at https://www.slimmingeats.com.
Give them a go and let us know what you think.
