First weigh in since joining this challenge and am pleased to have lost 3lb! It's been a good week food-wise (although a terrible week at work) but did have a night out on Thursday when I drank far too much wine, so glad I saved some syns.
It's helped coming on here and seeing everyone's tips and ideas so I'll aim to keep it up next week. I realized I'm only 3lbs off my original Club 10 (from when I started in January, a bit heavier than now!) so that's another bit of motivation to hold onto :)
Sending love to tweets for your loss. You definitely deserve a cream cake x

    Great loss:T

Maman - Wine & Wisdom is a quiz. Wine was provided but they had Shiraz but I can't stand it - was glad I took my own bottle of Corbiere! DH was drinking beer so he was way over syns too! He's got a few more syns than me left but his WI is on Tuesday (at his pre diabetic clinic) so he'll be OK to have something extra tomorrow if he wants too.

Well done that's some good losses this week!

  • Evening All!

A quiet day today - went running today & run the furthest in one stretch I've ever run ....so pleased with myself!

Cooked a cottage pie for tomorrow's tea whilst hubby was at ikea with son and then took dog on an extended walk.

Had the mixed grill that should have been last night's tea tonight.

Have a good evening everyone x

    Morning!

+1.5 lbs for me this week. Wasn't unexpected but I'm still annoyed by it.

Going back to basics this week as I've taken my eye off the ball.

B - Omelette with bacon (no fat) onion and mushroom, handful of blueberries - HEA 30g cheddar
L - Mince and potatoes with onion and mushroom
D - SW chicken & mixed peppers korma with boiled rice - 1 syn
2 Alpen light bars - HEB
    Snack - Mug shot - 1 syn
You can have results or excuses, but not both.
Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

Had just the planned sons yesterday and now it's rein it back to a couple of syns a day for damage limitation. Had a quick weigh this morning and I'm at top end of target so have put on 2lb since Thursday! How does that happen? Just hope I can shift it before Thursday to get at least a maintain or just a small gain!

Today's plan with everything from fridge/freezer/cupboard:

    B - bacon, egg, tomatoes & beans
L - ploughman's with smoked salmon, prawns, ham & salad. Will also have a couple of Ryvita with it which I'll spread with 1/2 a Extra Light Laughing Cow on each. This will leave me with 1/2 HEB to have maybe a hifi this evening
D - beef tagine from freezer with couscous

HEA - will be milk as usual
    HEB - 2 Ryvita/hifi bar?
    Syns - Laughing Cow 1

  • Good losses showing this week, well done everyone.

Going to have to do my best this week, really busy and not in any evening, so having to work around all of this, can only do my best. Had a bit of a conundrum yesterday, had an hour between things that I was committed to, so what to do. So got the slow cooker on & went for a 3 mile walk, hopefully that will help a little in keeping things into check!
A smile costs little but creates much :)

Definitely very chilly here too! Have just lit the log burner so should be lovely and warm very shortly!
