Good luck with losing that 12.5lb in 5 weeks fatrab. I'm sure if you can stick to plan you'll be able to do it.
I had an off plan weekend and am hoping for STS on Thursday, fingers crossed! Kept syns low yesterday, only planning a couple today and not sure about tomorrow yet but will have 5 or 6 to play with if needed!
