:T well done on your pound gtq. Four stone is great. Do you have much to go to target?
to your DH eating your tea greentiger. I always keep bread in the freezer, good standby for toast. I didn't realise people ate haggis all year round as I've only had it on Burns Night. Is it very synful?:)
It's perfectly possible to lose without going to group Annie, lots do. I'd guess that within the next couple of weeks there'll be a magazine voucher for £5 off so you could go to a group once and get the introductory talk and a set of new books for just £5. You don't need to go back if you don't want to. I expect we'll have plenty of chat on here about the new 'rules' anyway. Just ask if you need to know anything.:)
Have a great time at your tapas evening denise. Hope they don't go too heavy on the oil. It'll be interesting to hear what they offer. I make yummy patatas bravas totally syn free.:)

Well, 1 to original target, but plan on going until I reach something I am comfortable with, so will do that in increments rather than setting a set target, think that way I will be more inclined to keep on plan.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

That's a good idea. I didn't really have a weight target. My goal was getting into a comfortable size 12 in a decent brand.0 -

Wow! what an observant doctor:rotfl:.
Maman I'm hoping the food isn't too oily but being Spanish I suspect there will be plenty of oil, not just in the cooking but on top too! Will try and remember what we actually have and post tomorrow! They've put a picture of their website of one of the dishes they're making - looks like a huge pan of meatballs in tomato sauce.

Think they always ask that, probably so they can decide whether you've had it long enough to warrant spending money on medication!
