That'll be the goodies helping at the food bank.
I know why SW make sure you don't go hungry. I won't do that again. I bought some chocolate marzipan and some Epoisse today as my special treats for Christmas and they're calling to me.
Yes, I think it was the snacks when doing the hampers.

bubbs, the pineapple cake is in Annie’s avatar.
Congrats, v1ckyt, on SOTW and well done on another loss. Thanks for the chart, Chris.
Fabulous loss, Bozwood.
Well, I had great intentions today. I knew I’d be late (wasn’t sure exactly HOW late) so organised tea before I went out. Or, to be precise, I told DH what we’d be having (just sausage, egg & beans + black pudding and haggis for him) and that he could have his without me, if I was too late for him to wait. Well, I was late, and I got home to find Dear (I use that term very loosely) H had eaten my sausages too and the beans. So I had scrambled eggs on a big white roll ☹ Ah well, the eggs were lovely free range ones from my neighbour’s hens, harvested yesterday.
I’m out for lunch tomorrow; don’t know what I’ll have for tea.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Bubbs the pineapple cake is on the left there!
I didn't get to the group on Tuesday, I had a phone call rejecting me following a job interview I'd had just as I was putting my shoes on, and I couldn't pull myself together.
As I don't have a job I can't really justify any additional spending but I understand how it works and everything is available on google so I think I'll try and do it on my own for now. Will start posting my food tomorrow.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Hello.
I thought I would join to say thank you all for the information and tips I have picked up here. I am not a member but it has helped me a lot. Merry Christmas when it comes and thanks again.0 -
Morning all! Had my last WI for 2018 last night & came away with - 1lb Was chuffed to finish the year that way.
Also realised yesterday that I have been looking at things the wrong way, been really hacked off as it has taken a year to lose just over a stone, but I should actually be looking at things the other way, I have lost over 4st in 18 mths. Hopefully, this way will keep me focused over Christmas & into new yesar, especially as I am off to Ireland!
Well done on the losses this week, if you have had a hiccup, don't stress too much, it is difficult to keep complete control over everything at this time of year and we are only human.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
Greentiger what is it with DHs that they always want more than their fair share of food? I'm sure your scrambled eggs were lovely but  to the big white roll.
Gerona Glad you've found ideas and tips on here useful. You're quite welcome to join in. You don't have to go to a group as long as you're trying to follow SW.
GTQ well done on realising you should have been looking at the bigger picture rather than worrying that you haven't lost as much as you'd have liked this year. That's a great loss over 18 months! Congratulate yourself.
Ended up not having a HEB yesterday but did have some alcohol so over Syns again!!! There will be more syns again tonight with being out for a tapas meal but no idea how many. Think there's going to have to be serious damage limitation next week if I'm to get a loss before Christmas - only 2lb to get to bottom end but no hope of getting that this week!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast (HEB)
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, HM coleslaw (0.5 syns for LTL mayo); salad - lettuce, tomato, pepper, cucumber, beetroot, pickled onions
D - Tapas - no idea how many syns but low syns during the day to help offset it!
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - LTL mayo 0.5

BTW, Chris, can you put me down for holiday for next 2 weeks please. Not really looking looking forward to my next WI, as it will be post Christmas, but new year, new SW rules so hopefully, it will be like starting all over again!
Also, if new challenge starts before I return, 7lbs please!A smile costs little but creates much0 -
